Project Description

A retired archaeologist approached Architect7 to undergo an extensive renovation of the property. The project drawings drawing consisted of a rear kitchen extension, a large basement and interior remodeling on an Edwardian Clapham based home.

Starting from scratch our Clapham focused Architects we were faced with a brief to extend the rear out into the garden and brighten up the west facing rear of the house. The finished design featured a large ground floor extension with wide sweeping concertina doors.

The basement was excavated and opened up to at least 3/4ths of the build footprint (full footprint excluding the new rear extension)
